RMA policy

Material and Workmanship
PowerFirst Technology Co. Ltd. warrants only to the original user that all hereunder mentioned PowerFirst batteries chargers will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twenty four (24) months from the date when the charger is manufactured. We will at our option make any necessary repairs and/or exchange the defective battery charger without charge.
All PowerFirst battery chargers are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, and are manufactured in accordance with PowerFirst’s specification. We offer our direct customers 2 years warranty for our chargers start from the date code mark manufacturing dates should a claim arise the following is our limited warranty policy:
 
Conditions
  1. PowerFirst won't take responsibility for battery chargers that failed due to improper charging or installation; broken container, or any other damage caused by fire, excessive heat, accident, rework, modification, misapplication, unauthorized service performance, improper installed procedure or environment; or damage caused by abuse or neglect.
  2. This warranty support only provides to our direct customers at this moment. The free maintenance under limited warranty does not include sub-tier customers whose battery chargers were not buy from PowerFirst Technology Co., Ltd. Directly. For service to sub-timer customers, we need discuss with our local representatives who are more convenient to extend necessary service to you.
  3. In case of our battery chargers failed reasons are out of our responsible warranty conditions. You’re also welcome to contact us for our professional service. We’ll take care of your feed back and at your option make necessary repairs and/or exchange the defective battery chargers with reasonable charge. 
  4. We may not accept any product for return, credit, or exchange unless expressly authorized by PowerFirst in writing and returned freight prepaid to PowerFirst.
Note: Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
 
Warranty Validity:
1.  Products returned within the warranty period must been PowerFirst’s product number & date code and must be accompanied by a monthly RMA form. Products of unknown sources or without valid working will not be accepted.    
2.  The product number and date code must be clearly readable and marked on the outside of the returned products.
3.  Returned products have to be sent by freight on quarterly.
4.  Replacement items will be sent out together with customer’s next order shipment.
 
Warranty feed back Procedure:
Whenever we get any feed back about our battery charger defective claim, we’ll discuss with you and decide a reasonable solution.
In case of defective units are necessary to return back for defective reason analysis, repair or exchange. You’re supposed to proceed subject to below RMA (Returned Material Authorization) procedure.
Customer Report the problems with detail description and ask a RMA number. The details should contains at least the following information:
-         Model No. and Quantity
-         Date code seq. No. of defective goods
-         Defect description
-         Defect Cause Test Report
RMA number will be released for those in-warranty goods from PowerFirst Technology Co., Ltd. within 7 working days after receiving above information. Customer shall send back defective goods within 30 calendar days after RMA number is released. The RMA number shall be noted on the shipping carton and on all shipping documents. If the failure goods didn’t be shipped within 30 calendar days, the RMA number will be invalid automatically and need to be re-applied again!
 
Transportation Charge:
Each party pays the charge of one-way shipment. On request from the supplier, the defective goods will be handled - Customer will ship the defective goods for every single shipment to the destination requested by the supplier via sea at supplier’s costs and at customer costs when return to customer via air/sea.
