TERMS & CONDITIONS
DELIVERY LEAD TIME :
8-10 weeks after order confirmation and after receipt of L/C or T/T payment.
MINIMUM ORDER:
1. If Order Amount is less than USD3,000.00, additional charge of USD150.00 will be
imposed.
2. Less than USD5,000.00, additional charge USD100.00 will be added.
3. MOQ is 300pcs per item or 20% surcharge will be required for order quantity
between 100pcs ~200pcs per item.
4. For order quantity less than 100pcs per item, 30% surcharge will be required.
5. For OEM customer’s private label, order quantity 500pcs per item is a must.
PAYMENT TERMS:
1. For order value above USD40,000.00, payment by 50% T/T after sign the order for
deposit, and 50% balance accept irrevocable L/C at sight with US$300 surcharge
for L/C handling charge. .
2. For order value between USD20,000.00 ~ USD40,000.00, payment by T/T prior
shipment. Accept 50% T/T after sign the P/I, and 50% balance T/T prior shipment.
3. For order value less than USD20,000.00, T/T after sign the P/I.
DOCUMENT PROVIDED upon request:
Either "Certificate of Origin - Re-export" or "Certificate of Origin - The People's
Republic of China" will be provided on request.
PRODUCT LABEL:
Factory Standard Label: Standard Label
Customer Private Label: All artwork, film and printing costs are to be paid by
customer. (minimum printing order is 2K per model)
PACKING:
Standard Packing: Standard White Paper Box
* All mould and tooling charges for customer special packaging will be on customer’s account. Customer color card: All artwork, film and printing costs are to be absorbed by customer. (Minimum printing order is 1.5K per model.)
PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION:
Goods shall by ready for inspection 2 working days prior to shipment date. Inspection must be conducted in our China factory and customer’s traveling expenses for this purpose is of customer's responsibility. |
