Microseismic Tomography Inversion Detection System (MicroTomo)

Project Introduction:
Microseismic tomography inversion is a non-destructive testing method that uses artificially induced micro-vibrations to inspect structures such as bridges, roads, and tunnels. The research team applied a surface tomography inversion technique, commonly used in petroleum seismic exploration, to the detection of traffic roads and facilities. This significantly improves both the efficiency and precision of inspections.

Application Areas:
Non-destructive testing of concrete structures, including bridges, roads, and tunnels.

Technical Advantages:
Utilizes a triangle mesh-based forward algorithm, adaptable to complex models of roads, bridges, tunnels, and other structures.
Employs the industry-leading time-difference Fresnel band tomography inversion method, achieving excellent inversion results even with relatively sparse measurement points.

Features a user-friendly interface with full functionality, using parallel acceleration technology, and integrates modeling, forward analysis, and inversion, achieving a level of performance that is among the best in the country.
