HOW TO BECOME A TOP POWER SUPPLIER

We are always open and welcoming to new high-quality suppliers, pursuing win-win cooperation.
The materials required by the company are divided into four categories:

Electronic components

Active electronic components, passive electronic components.

Structural components

Die-casting, sheet metal, stamping, plastic molding, original terminal rubber shell, assembly line, internal terminal wire, etc.

Packaging materials

Color boxes, cardboard boxes, stickers, manuals, etc.

Auxiliary materials

Other auxiliary materials required for production.

Qualifications

Electronic components:
Original manufacturers, first tier agents, or highly qualified distributors.
Structural components:
ODM or OEM factories with certain design and development capabilities.
Packaging materials:
OEM factories with certain design and development capabilities.
Auxiliary materials:
Brand agency stores or physical stores with good operating conditions.

High quality pricing system

All new supplier imports must comply with the company's annual cost control target and achieve a 3% cost reduction.

Stable and controllable quality system

A complete system for incoming inspection, process control, shipment inspection, and reliability verification.
Ability to analyze, trace, and continuously improve quality anomalies.
The ability to urgently handle major quality accidents and provide contingency plans.

On time and timely delivery system

There is available capacity space for allocation.
Mature production and delivery plans.
Adjustment and response capability for emergency delivery.

Good service system

Timely feedback of business communication information.
Ability to promote, rectify, and provide suggestions for design proposals.
Timely provision of samples.
Timely handling of quality anomalies.
Including but not limited to the other business services mentioned above.

Stable and healthy customer resources

At least one customer who has been serving for more than 10 years and is still in service.
There are 3 customers who have been serving for more than 5 years and are still in service.
There have been no extreme disputes (including but not limited to legal proceedings) with customers during the service process.

A sound financial system

Suppliers of electronic components, structural components, and packaging materials must have general taxpayer qualifications. After cooperation, they must issue a 13% value-added tax invoice, and auxiliary materials must issue a minimum of 3% general invoice.
There are no design or patent disputes with other units, institutions, individuals, etc.
There are no illegal economic disputes with other units, institutions, individuals, etc.
Financial health, with the ability to pay for business and quality complaints.
